Delete your ComeFollow.ME account

This page is how you ask ComeFollow.ME to delete your login and the data stored with it. You do not need the app open to start.

What is deleted

• The login itself: email, password, and the Google or X connection
• The household on that login: names, walks, streaks, Spirit Water, stickers, notebook notes, bookmarks, and the family PIN
• Crew friends, gifts, and the unique ID tied to that login

What is kept, and for how long

• A nightly backup of the whole cloud may still contain a copy for up to 7 days. Those backups are then discarded.
• This phone is cleared when you delete while signed in. Another phone keeps a local copy until it is opened again, then the cloud data is gone.
• We don’t keep the account for ads, and we don’t sell it.
